Nervous system pattern

The mind that processes through the gut rather than only the head — somatic knowing precedes verbal articulation. Emotional memory attached to information — facts recalled through their emotional context rather than their logical structure. Difficulty thinking clearly in emotionally cold or hostile environments.

Wound pattern

Early environments where emotional intelligence was not valued, where feeling was separated from thinking as a hierarchy, or where the integration of thought and emotion was pathologized as oversensitivity.

Healing path

Claiming the cognitive mode of emotional attunement as a genuine intelligence rather than a liability. Developing the capacity to think clearly even in emotionally charged environments.
