The Pattern.
A self-guided program for mapping the recurring wound at the center of your life.
One pattern runs through every relationship that has ended the same way, every career plateau that feels structural, every money ceiling with no obvious explanation, every moment of self-erasure. This program maps where that pattern came from, what maintains it, and what changes it.

Attachment research established that early caregiving relationships produce internal working models: templates for what to expect from others, what a person believes they deserve, and what behaviors keep them relationally safe (Bowlby, 1969; Ainsworth, 1978). These templates are not cognitive beliefs that update when presented with new information. They are encoded in the nervous system and operate below the level of deliberate thought, which is why insight alone rarely resolves them.
Stephen Porges's polyvagal theory (2011) describes how these templates regulate the autonomic nervous system across all domains of life. A person whose early environment was unpredictable or unsafe develops a nervous system calibrated for threat. That calibration affects not only how they experience intimacy but how they respond to financial pressure, visibility in their work, the internal cost of creative exposure, and the physiological sensation of being valued.
Rachel Yehuda's research on epigenetic transmission (2015) demonstrates that stress response patterns can be inherited biochemically across generations. The wound you are carrying may not have originated with you. It may have been transmitted through the physiology of your parents and grandparents before you had the capacity to evaluate it. This is part of why it has been so resistant to change: the pattern exists at a biological level that predates narrative.
Jyotish, or Vedic astrology, offers a precise symbolic language for mapping constitutional tendencies as they show up in the natal chart. Saturn describes where chronic contraction and fear of inadequacy operate. The Moon describes the emotional body and early relational wound. Venus describes the wound around worth, receptivity, and creative self-expression. Read alongside psychological and generational data, the chart functions as a second diagnostic layer that extends and confirms what the psychological audit surfaces.
What is inside
- 01The Pattern Identification Audit
A structured diagnostic that locates the single organizing wound shaping your behavior across all life domains. Most people have identified symptoms. This exercise finds the source that produces them.
- 02The Generational Map
Trace the pattern backward through your family system. Drawing on epigenetic transmission research (Yehuda, 2015) and family systems theory, you identify which relational template was passed down and how it was encoded in your own nervous system.
- 03The Astrological Signature
Saturn, Moon, and Venus placements in Jyotish function as a constitutional nervous system map. This module reads those placements not as fixed destiny but as inherited tendencies shaped by early relational experience, cross-referenced with the psychological audit.
- 04The Five Domains
The wound expresses differently across relationships, money, work, creativity, and self-concept. Each domain receives its own mapping exercise so you can observe the single pattern operating through five distinct surfaces simultaneously.
- 05The Healing Sequence
Interventions applied in the wrong order produce limited and temporary results. This module details the correct sequence: autonomic regulation first, then narrative integration, then identity revision. Sequence matters because each stage creates the conditions for the next.
- 06Somatic and Integration Practices
Polyvagal-informed exercises (Porges, 2011) paired with structured written integration work. These are physiological reset and narrative rewrite practices, not affirmations or visualizations. Each practice targets a specific stage of the healing sequence.
- 07The Attachment Renegotiation Framework
Built on Bowlby's and Ainsworth's foundational attachment research, this module identifies your adaptive relational strategy and gives you a concrete framework for working with it in current relationships without requiring the other person to change first.
- 08The Pattern Going Forward
A closing integration module for building a personal protocol based on what your audit revealed. Includes what to watch for, how to intervene early when the pattern activates, and a structure for tracking what has changed over time.
Who this is for
- 01
People who recognize the same situation appearing repeatedly in their lives across different people and different settings, with the same underlying dynamic regardless of the surface details.
- 02
People who have engaged in therapy and have useful language for their experience but have not yet mapped the wound operating across all life domains at once.
- 03
People who sense a connection between what happens in their relationships and what happens with money or creative output but have no framework for seeing those as expressions of one source.
- 04
People who are ready to work with both psychological frameworks and their Jyotish chart as complementary diagnostic tools rather than treating them as separate and unrelated systems.
What this is not
- ×
A mindset or belief reframing course. Cognitive reframing does not resolve a nervous system pattern. This program works at the level where the pattern lives.
- ×
A 30-day challenge with daily prompts. The work here is non-linear and self-directed at your own pace.
- ×
A live group program or coaching container. This is entirely self-guided and designed for independent, private work.
- ×
A general introduction to trauma or attachment theory. This program assumes basic familiarity with those frameworks and builds on them.

I built this program because the pattern I kept finding in my own life and in the lives of people who read my books was not a collection of separate problems. It was one wound showing up in five different rooms. Once I could see the single source, what needed to change became clear. This program is the map I wish I had had.
