Nikita Datar / The Whole Human System

The Whole Human System

A complete map of the 13 dimensions of human experience, healing, and wholeness.

Psychology, nervous system science, trauma, shadow work, Jyotish astrology, dharma, money, creative expression, relationships, and consciousness are typically presented as separate disciplines. They are not. They are 13 dimensions of a single system, and that system is you.

Every dimension acts on every other. Healing one reorganizes all the others. Ignoring one limits the ceiling on all the others. This program is the first framework to map all 13 explicitly, sequence them correctly, and work them as one.

Developed from 30+ books, hundreds of research papers, and the work of the most rigorous researchers in trauma, attachment, neuroscience, logotherapy, and Vedic philosophy.

The problem with picking a lane

The conventional approach to personal development asks you to choose: therapy or astrology, nervous system work or business coaching, spiritual practice or psychological healing. You pick a lane and go deep. The lane-picking is the problem. Healing is not modular. The self is not modular.

The money wound does not resolve without touching the worth wound. The worth wound does not resolve without updating the self-concept. The self-concept does not update without nervous system change. The nervous system does not change without addressing the trauma that organized it. The trauma traces to generational patterns you did not choose. The generational patterns interact with what Jyotish describes as natal predispositions. Every thread leads to every other thread.

This program is the first to make the full architecture visible. It names all 13 dimensions, maps the connections between them, sequences the work in the order that produces lasting change, and gives you the research foundation beneath each one. You leave with a complete framework for understanding yourself, the people you work with, and the system as a whole.

The 13 Dimensions

Each dimension is a distinct domain of human experience. Each one connects to all the others. The curriculum covers them in the sequence that builds on itself.

  1. 01
Astrology (Jyotish)The natal chart read as a nervous system map: your planetary placements as encoded predispositions, wounds, and resources.
  2. 02
PsychologyAttachment theory, self-concept formation, and the conditional identity built to survive childhood relational conditions.
  3. 03
TraumaThe wound architecture and its origins: how early experiences become encoded as body-based survival strategies.
  4. 04
Nervous SystemPolyvagal theory and somatic healing: the biological foundation that determines which states of being are even accessible to you.
  5. 05
Shadow WorkIntegration through meeting what you have exiled: the disowned parts that drive behavior from outside conscious awareness.
  6. 06
Generational PatternsEpigenetics and the family system: inherited stress responses, loyalty binds, and the patterns you did not originate but carry.
  7. 07
Meaning and DirectionLogotherapy, dharma, and the unlived life: the motivational layer that organizes everything else once it has a clear object.
  8. 08
Money and WorthThe worth wound in financial and vocational life: how the self-concept inherited in childhood becomes a ceiling on income and opportunity.
  9. 09
Creative ExpressionCreativity, visibility, and the adaptive self: what happens to self-expression inside a system still organized around conditional approval.
  10. 10
Business and WorkPsychology under plateaus: the internal dynamics that limit professional reach and how they interact with worth, identity, and nervous system state.
  11. 11
RelationshipsLove, intimacy, and the relational nervous system: attachment patterns, co-regulation, and what changes when the nervous system updates.
  12. 12
Manifestation and ConsciousnessPredictive processing and intention: how the brain generates reality through prior models, and what shifting those models actually requires.
  13. 13
Vedic Philosophy and RitualHindu deity archetypes and technologies of intention: the cosmological framework that situates the personal in the universal.

What is included

Research library

Over 30 books and dozens of papers, organized by dimension. Every claim in the curriculum is sourced. You get the full reference list with annotations explaining what each source contributes to the framework.

Dimension-by-dimension curriculum

A structured breakdown of each of the 13 dimensions: the core theory, the key researchers, the mechanisms by which that dimension influences the others, and the questions that help you locate yourself within it.

Integration practices

For each dimension, a set of practices drawn from the research: somatic exercises, shadow work prompts, meaning-mapping frameworks, and Vedic ritual technologies. Practices are sequenced to build on each other.

The sequencing framework

A clear explanation of why nervous system work must precede manifestation work. Why shadow integration must precede identity reconstruction. Why generational pattern work must precede relational work. The order matters. This framework shows you why and gives you the correct sequence.

Jyotish natal chart interpretation guide

A structured guide to reading the natal chart as a psychological and nervous-system document: how to identify encoded predispositions, resource placements, wound signatures, and the life themes the chart describes across all 13 dimensions.

Research foundation

The Whole Human System draws on the most rigorous researchers across its nine scientific and philosophical domains.

Mary AinsworthAttachment styles
Rachel YehudaEpigenetics and intergenerational trauma

Who this is for

  • Serious students of personal development who feel scattered across approaches and want one coherent framework that holds all of it.
  • Practitioners, therapists, coaches, and astrologers building their own integrative frameworks and seeking a rigorous theoretical foundation.
  • People who have read many books on trauma, attachment, astrology, or dharma but cannot integrate the knowledge into a unified picture of themselves.
  • People who want to understand the system behind the symptoms, rather than managing symptoms in isolation.
  • Independent thinkers who find single-modality approaches insufficient and have always suspected the full picture is more complex than any one tradition claims.

What this program is not

A quick fixThis is a map of a complex system. Understanding it takes time and sustained engagement. There is no shortcut offered here because there is none that works.
A mindset courseMindset is one mechanism within one dimension. This program works the full architecture, including the biological and somatic layers that mindset work cannot reach.
A live cohortThe program is entirely self-paced and always available. There are no scheduled sessions, no cohort windows, and no waiting. You begin when you are ready.
